Mirpur police recovered a body of an unidentified woman, aged around 35 years, from the third floor of a seven-storied building

Bodies of two unidentified women have been recovered from the capital’s Mirpur and Khilkhet areas in last two days.

Mirpur police recovered a body of an unidentified woman, aged around 35 years, from the third floor of a seven-storied building (House: 4/2, block: B, Section-6) in Mirpur.

Quoting locals, police said one Akash rented the flat on July 24. He brought some household stuffs, locked the flat and left it saying that he would come back again after some days.

Later on July 26, a bad smell spread from the flat and locals informed police.

Being informed, the police came and recovered the body breaking the doors of the flat.

Police suspected that Akash might have killed the women and left her body there.

However, the police could not get any details of Akash from the house owner.

Another decomposed body of a girl, of around 15 years of age, has been recovered from the ditch beside the 300-feet road in Kuratali of capital’s Khilkhet on Monday.

Police later sent the bodies to DMCH morgue for Autopsy, said DMCH police outpost official Haider Ali.
