Tamim Iqbal and Mohammad Mithun were dismissed by Dhananjaya de Silva of consecutive deliveries as Bangladesh struggled at 103 for four in 25 overs in the first ODI against Sri Lanka in Mirpur on Sunday.
Tamim had 52 off 70 deliveries and was beginning to cut loose before a clever piece of bowling from Dhananjaya removed him. Mithun followed the next delivery without scoring and both batsmen wasted reviews.

Tamim’s innings with Mushfiqur Rahim had given Bangladesh impetus after they had lost Liton Das (0) — the right-hander’s third duck in seven innings and Shakib Al Hasan for 15.
Earlier, Tamim won the toss and elected to bat first in the first ODI.
There was no place in the side for Soumya Sarkar, Mahedi Hasan, Mossadek Hossain or Shoriful Islam.
