Mustafizur Rahman, the young Tiger from Satkhira, today equaled the milestone of the highest wicket-taker in 3-match ODI series.
With two wickets in the final match of the 3-match series against India, Mustafizur equals the record of 13 wickets taken by Australian Ryan Harris against Pakistan in 2010.
In the first match, Mustafizur took five wickets in 9.2 overs giving away 50 runs. In the second match, the only 19-year-old pacer was even more attacking – six wickets in 10 overs giving away 43 runs.
And in the final match of the series, the southpaw bagged two wickets in 10 overs giving away 57 runs to equal the world record set by Ryan Harris.
Incidentally, Mustafizur claimed these wickets in the first three ODI matches of his career.
