Hassle sustains for the renowned music director Shawkat Ali Emon, as he has been sent for a day in remand. After several dramatic events all through the day, Emon was forced to marry Jinaat Kabir under the surveillance of Ramna Thana on Thursday.
Relatives from both the families were present at that time. According to one relative, Emon chose to marry her instead of accusations and cases.
Jinaat Kabir assured that she will withdraw all the accusations if Emon agrees for marriage. She set all the terms and conditions for the marriage.
Emon had no other options rather than getting married and within noon it was reported that the couple married in Ramna Thana.
Jinaat says,”Emon apologized me for all the mishappens and is ready to marry me. So, I thought to clean the matters out instead of flaming them up. I withdrew all the cases that I accused him for. I have no objection towards him.”
Thus both the families were brought to the police station for the completion of marriage. The cases against Emon on gender abuse were declined by the court. Later, magistrate MA Salam ordered to send him on remand for the drug cases.
When Ramna Thana tried to post a case on drugs, they were requested not to do if Emon agrees for marriage. Relatives and Jinaat herself is unhappy about the circumstances. They believed Ramna Thana would grant Emon bail without terms. But he has been sent to the remand for one day.
After the remand, Emon will be taken to the court again. By this Jinaat will be processing to withdraw all the cases.
