KAMARUZZAMAN’S REVIEW PETITION SC full verdict awaits signing by judges

The Appellate Division’s full verdict that dismissed the review petition of death row inmate Muhammad Kamaruzzaman would be released after it was signed by the four judges, said Supreme Court officials.
The verdict cleared the way for hanging Kamaruzzaman.
On Monday chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, who chaired a four-judge bench, pronounced the one sentence verdict dismissing the review petition.
The bench included the chief justice, Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah, Justice Hasan Foez Siddique and Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chaudhury.
Being assigned, justice AHM Shamsuddin Chaudhury wrote the full verdict, said the  officials.
The state minister for home affairs Asaduzzaman Khan told reporters at his  secretariat office that the government had  taken the preparations to execute the  verdict.
