Jatiya Party chairman HM Ershad on Saturday said his party is not willing to take part in the election under the incumbent Election Commission as it has become controversial.

Referring to the killing of police inspector Mahfuzur Rahman and his wife Swapna reportedly by their daughter Oishee Rahman, he said the country is heading towards destruction.
