BNP Dhaka city unit convener Mirza Abbas had a marathon meeting with the joint conveners and senior members of its convening committee on Tuesday.
The meeting that began around 12 noon was held at BNP’s Nayapaltan central office.
Meeting sources said the countries latest political situation, organisational activities, updates on formation of ward and thana committees under the city unit, party’s next course of action and BNP senior leader Moudud Ahmed’s ‘controversial’ book came up for discussions at the meeting.
City BNP adviser Abdus Salam, member secretary Habibun Nabi Sohel, joint conveners Abdul Awal Mintoo, Abu Sayeed Khokan, MA Quayum, and members Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Barkat Ullah Bulu and Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal were present.
