He has succeeded ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader
Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s advisor and also a Jatiya Party leader, has been made the Secretary General of the party on Thursday evening.
He has succeeded ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader, who had been serving the party for more than 12 years as the secretary general, said the party chief HM Ershad’s Press and Political Secretary Sunil Shuvo Roy.
He told the Dhaka Tribune that HM Ershad made the appointment as per section 39 of the party charter.
“The party chief issued the order considering Ziauddin’s contribution for the party.”
While contacted, Ruhul Amin Hawlader said he was yet to know anything in this regard.
