The probe committee will on Tuesday interrogate those who are being held in jail in connection with the sensational seven murders in Narayanganj.
Mizanur Rahman, a member of the seven-member enquiry committee and law secretary said this while talking to UNB on Sunday.
Replying to a question when the final probe report on the murders will be submitted, the law secretary said it may not be possible by July 9 as ordered by the High Court.
The committee will seek more time from the court, he said.
The seven people including Narayanganj panel mayor Nazrul Islam were kidnapped on April 27. Later their bodies were found floating in Sitalakhya river.
