Kazi Salahuddin was elected as the president of the Bangladesh Football Federation for the third consecutive time as he beat Kamrul Ashraf Khan Poton by a margin of 33 votes on Saturday.
Salhuddin, who has been in the helm since 2008, bagged 83 votes and Poton, a member of parliament of Narshingdi-2 constituent, got 50 out of the total 134 votes.
