A proposal was made by the home ministry regarding the issue, but I have not seen the proposal yet, Kamal says

The minister has made the comment on Thursday while talking to the journalists at the ministry regarding a report published in a national daily on the proposal to separate RAB from police.
Replying to a query, Kamal said: “A proposal was made by the home ministry regarding the issue, but I have not seen the proposal yet.”
“The government has no plan to separate RAB from the police. Rather, the government will think to strengthen the RAB,” he added.
Bangla national daily Prothom-Alo published a report titled ‘Proposal to separate RAB from police’ where it said: “The home ministry has come up with proposal to reform the RAB. After getting approval of the home secretary, the proposal is being sent to the state minister for home affairs and then it will be sent to the Prime Minister’s Office for approval.”
However, Asaduzzaman told Prothom Alo: “We are studying the proposal, but it is the prime minister who will take the final decision in this regard.”
