Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu has said BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has been hatching conspiracy with killers of 1971, 1975 and August 21 grenade attack to grab power.
“If Khaleda Zia assumes power with the killers, rule of murder will be launched and river of blood will be flown in the country ” he said while speaking at conference of Dhaka divisional of representatives of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) at the party’s Bangbandhu Avenue office on Tuesday.
The minister also said the people of the country will not allow it to happen and the JSD will resist it.
The JSD president accused BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia of, what he said, patronizing the militant outfits saying, “Begum Zia herself creating barriers against all development activities of the present government.”
He said that the fight against corrupt individuals and militant forces would continue.
“Our movement against communal forces is going on. . . and it will continue until those evil forces can be uprooted from the society,” Inu, also the president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD).
He called upon all patriotic people to remain alert against the deep-rooted conspiracy of communal force which are playing anti- state role behind the scene.
“The revolution aimed at materializing ‘the Charter of Change’ is underway as we are proceeding ahead under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,” the minister said.
He underscored the need for forging greater unity among all democratic and peace-loving forces specially JSD as well as Awami League-led grand alliance to face widespread corruption and anti-state forces.
JSD central leader Meer Hossain Akhter chaired the discussion.
JSD leaders Shirin AKhter, MP, Nazmul Haque Prodhan, MP,general secretary Sharif Nurul Ambia, Nurul Akhter, Shofiuddin Molla, Shahidul Islam, Md Nurunnabi, MS Aslam, Maidur Rahman and Idris Ali, among others, took part in the discussion.
