Indian High Commission Visit Ramkrishno Mission

Indian high commissioner Harsh Vardhan Shringla visits Ramkrishana Mission in Dhaka on Sunday.

India is satisfied with the security measures taken after the death threats issued to Ramkrishana Mission priests by an unidentified group.
Harsh Vardhan Shringla, the Indian high commissioner in Bangladesh, on Sunday visited Ramkrishana Mission, Dhaka and afterwards told reporters they were satisfied that the Bangladesh government as they had taken adequate measures to save Ramkrishana Mission following the threats.
Harsh Vardhan, said that the Indian government had informed the Bangladesh government regarding the death threat and Bangladesh government had also taken security measures in 40 Ramkrishna Missions in Bangladesh.
RK Mission was not only a religious organisation, but it also a voluntary organisation working in India, Bangladesh and other countries, Harsh added.
India as a partner of control the militancy will help Bangladesh government totally to control militancy, he added.
Swami Dhruveshamnda, the head of RK Mission, Dhaka said that the police had taken adequate security measures after the death threat given to them.
‘We are satisfied with the security measures taken by police’ said.
Harsha with his five colleagues of the high commission reach at RK Mission after 1:00pm.
They also held a meeting with the mission authority and enquired situation of the mission.
Police was controlling the movements of the visitors on the mission.
