Gaza in ruins as Israel uses weapons given by US

The Jewish state of Israel was born out of the hangover of the British colonial rule, as the last vestige of colonial exploitation, occupation and apartheid. It is the only terrorist regime on earth which targets innocent civilians, children, women, disabled, dispossessed and the poor for political and financial gain with abandon and demands kudos and bravado from the plundering colonialists of the 19th century. Israelis are the only human species who having dispersed all over the world millions of years ago never accommodated themselves to the inevitable change of their conditions to adjust to the new environments.

Their instinctive self-existent nature, excessive self- love, motivated self-indulgence, overriding self-interest and egotistic self -justification have characterized them as the rare commodities who are unable to live in contact with the civilized world. Life was never easy for these strange people who portrayed themselves in their scriptures as “God’s chosen people” confessing at the same time that they disobeyed both God and their prophet. The Jews acknowledge their responsibility for the death of Jesus and wanted that his blood be on the back of their children in every generation. Convinced that these words justified their characteristic hostility to others. Europeans killed millions, and outlawed and expelled many Jews over centuries.

Eyes of Jews “should not see”
Paul, quoting Isaiah, refers to the Jews as those whom God has given “a spirit of stupor, eyes that should not see and ears that should not hear down to this very day.” Pope Pius XI once denounced the Jewish scripture as the “idolatrous cult” which replaced belief in true God with a ‘national religion ‘and the ‘myth of race and blood.’ He contrasted their perverted ideology with the teaching of the Church in which there was ‘a home for all peoples and all nations.’
These expressions aptly explain the genesis of the violent Jewish psychology and the reason why the Israeli occupation regime periodically becomes the predator carrying out targeted killing of innocent men, women and children in refugee camps and UN designated shelters. These explain why the atrocious month long air-and – ground campaign against the 1.8 million Gazans has exposed Israel to a new level of scrutiny and condemnation. This answers the question asked by Robert Turner, the Gaza director of the UNRWA, “Why aren’t the safe zones working?” and “Why are military decisions being made that are leading to these tragedies?”
The Agency which is sheltering over 260000 displaced people in 90 schools emails the Israeli authorities with their exact locations twice a day. The latest missile strike in Jabaliya refugee camp on 30 July which the Israelis say was meant for three militants on a motorcycle killed 21 people waiting in line for food outside a United Nations school that had been turned into a designated shelter for 3000 people. It was the sixth UN shelter struck by Israeli missile during the Israeli atrocities that began on 8 July.
All these incidents have renewed sharp questions about the use of heavy artillery not designed for precision use by the Israeli occupation force in densely populated areas, and especially, designated shelters that provide refuge to people who follow Israel’s orders to leave areas under indiscriminate Israeli shelling. Inspection of the damage and a preliminary UN review that collected 30 pieces of shrapnel suggests that the Israelis paid no heed to warnings to safeguard such sites and have unleashed weapons totally inappropriate for thickly populated urban areas despite rising alarm over civilian deaths.
The UN Secretary General condemned the strike saying, “All available evidence “suggested that Israeli artillery was the cause. Later, at least 17 people were killed in a strike on a busy market in Shejaiya. Ban Ki-Moon strongly condemned the shelling of another UN school in Gaza on 3 August calling it “a moral outrage and a criminal act.”  “This madness must stop,” he said. It was the third time in ten days that a UN school was hit by Israeli shelling. It was “yet another gross violation of international humanitarian law,” he said adding that the Israeli Defense Forces had been informed at least 33 times about the location of the UN sites. “This attack along with other breaches of international law must be swiftly investigated and those responsible held accountable,” he said.

Gaza: 26 bodies of Palestinians, 19 of them children
On 20 July the Israeli strike levelled a four-story house in southern Gaza where members of four family households including 19 children gathered to break the Ramadan fast together. On 21 July night a strike hit an eight-story apartment building in downtown Gaza city, an area where Israeli officials had asked Gazans to take shelter. Death toll here was at least 15. Israel says its military aims to hit buildings holding people shooting from there. That was not the case in the Abu Jameh home where the family gathered to break the fast. On Monday morning the family pulled 26 bodies, 19 of them children from the rubble. Israel’s prime minister Netanyahu said, “Sustainable quiet is operation’s goal” and on Monday, the neighborhood was ghostly “quiet”. Devastation of Gaza was complete and once where there was a home now there was a deep crater and piles of rubble. Evidently the Israelis were punishing the Palestinians for sharing the liberator’s position against the occupation hordes.
Israel’s most savage rapacity on Rafah began early on Friday, 1 August during the 72 hour humanitarian truce declared jointly by John Kerry and Ban Ki-Moon, which was shattered in 90 minutes as Israeli invaders advanced during the cease fire and Hamas freedom fighters ambushed them killing two soldiers and a third was reported  by the Israelis as captured by Hamas. The questionable disappearance of the officer named Hadar Goldin, believed to be related to Israel’s defense minister, was designed to provide the invading horde the pretext to go berserk and in 24 hours house-to-house search they ravaged the district of Rafah killing 200 innocent civilians and wounding a thousand. On 3 August after killings were complete the despicable terrorist regime formally announced the death of the missing guy saying  that the fellow was killed in a battle on Friday after posthumously promoting him a step higher in recognition of his contribution to the killing of 200 innocent lives.

World’s fourth largest military power
Hamas which was democratically elected in 2006 to govern Gaza has a military wing comprising 10,000 fighting force. To meet Hamas on the battle field, Israel’s maddened prime minister called up 86,000 reservists to join the world’s fourth largest military, supported by American aided most sophisticated weaponry. The United States provides the occupying force with 3.1 billion dollar in military aid every year and in the fourth week of Israeli savagery when 1850 Palestinian civilians including 401 children and 400 women were killed  and 10,000 wounded the United States Congress, in its infinite wisdom, passed a bill to provide Israel with reinforcement worth $225 million and the Pentagon dispatched more arms and ammunitions cautioning against “too much” civilian killing. “We will take as much  time as necessary, and will exert as much force as needed,” Netanyahu declared defiantly. and when the United States condemned the strikes on UN schools as ‘indefensible’ and ‘disgraceful’ he had the audacity to advise the U.S. Administration “not to ever second guess me again.”

Racist segregation
Racial and apartheid policy which inter alia is a system of segregation and discrimination on grounds of race underlie the Israeli policy. Apartheid literally means apartness [derived from ‘aparthood’]. In the Palestinian land which has been forcefully occupied by the Zionists it refers precisely to a policy which governs relations between ‘Jewish’ and ‘non-Jewish’ population. In South Africa the segregation was between the ‘white’ and ‘non-white’ population. It’s a sanction of racial segregation and political and economic discrimination against the non-Jewish Palestinians. In the process of implementation of apartheid often called ‘separate development’ the Zionist regime has imposed a blockade and a siege on the tiny strip of Gaza which is less than  one third of London.
The blockade has devastated the strip of land economically, politically and socially. Gaza, as the world can see now is ‘an open air prison house’ or a ‘concentration camp’ to be exact. The four week long Israeli campaign was aimed at destroying the infrastructure, the businesses and firms, demolition of homes, schools, hospitals and mosques, markets and communication channels. Estimated cost of rebuilding Gaza is thought by international agencies to be $ 4 billion and it may take decades to do that. From that point of view the apartheid regime’s ‘mission has been accomplished’. The Zionist fury has traumatized the whole Gaza population and from that consideration also the ‘sub- human’ species, as Hitler graded them, has succeeded. As the Israeli apartheid, racism, and colonialism progressing in the Arab land, an appalling dossier of Israeli atrocities against the Palestinians is built up. With that, pressure is mounting on the United States to speak out loudly denouncing the ethnic cleansing in Palestine. Such an action is needed to reinforce the American ideal enshrined in the ‘Four Essential Human Freedoms’ eloquently declared by F.D. Roosevelt that the United States hoped to secure and extend to all individuals ‘everywhere in the world’. These individual freedoms are: freedom of speech and expression, freedom of every person to worship God in his own way, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.
“The Fourth is freedom from fear – which, translated into world terms, means a world- wide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such a thorough fashion that no nation will be in a position to commit an act of physical aggression against any neighbor — anywhere in the world.
“That is no vision of a distant millennium. It is a definite basis for a kind of world attainable in our own time and generation. That kind of world is the very antithesis of the so- called new order of tyranny which the dictators seek to create with the crash of a bomb. “To that new order we oppose the greater conception – the moral order. A good society is able to face schemes of world domination and foreign revolutions alike without fear.
This is how FDR assured the world, ‘freedom from fear’ concluding: “…Freedom means the supremacy of human rights everywhere. Our support goes to those who struggle to gain those rights or keep them. Our strength is our unity of purpose. To that high concept there can be no end save victory.”
Unfortunately for us freedom, today, does not mean the supremacy of human rights, at least, in Gaza. Our support does not go to the Gazans who are struggling to gain those rights and keep them. The United States of today is keen to support and reinforce with money and materials ‘the new order tyranny’ which the racist, occupation and apartheid regime seeks to create in Israel. It is a different world and the moral seems qualitatively different.

Zionist-dominated US Congress
Now the impulsiveness of the Zionist dominated US Congress funds and arms the Israeli atrocity to massacre innocent children, women and the disabled in Gaza. When 401 children have been murdered by the worst enemies of mankind the US reaction is characteristically muted, feeble and oblique with coded messages, when what is demanded by the horrifying reality is something more direct and assertive. At least Wilson and FDR would have acted differently at this hour to stop this appalling human catastrophe. United States is no longer obliged to express its disapproval of the beastly savagery in Gaza. There is no demonstrative pronouncement against the atrocities and the persecution by the racist, colonial, apartheid, occupation regime goes on in the name of ‘right of self- defence’. The world wonders how the oracle of ‘universal freedom’ remains dumb in the face of sins so terrible and when so much is at odds with the ‘Four Freedoms’ vowed so clearly to mankind ‘everywhere.’ Speak out against the atrocities, occupation, apartheid and racism, not against Zionism, if you are afraid to do that.
There should be a clear and unequivocal condemnation of the genocide against the Palestinians, whose forefathers owned the land for millenniums and who have been expropriated by the occupation regime with the support of the 19th century colonialists. This is a duty we all owe to the dead and the wounded, the displaced and the dispossessed who are doomed to slow extinction merely because of their race, descent and religion. For the world at large, the moral credibility of the United States has been compromised in the ruins of Gaza. The accusations of moral failure to support the resolution of the UN Human Rights Commission to investigate the alleged war crimes committed in Gaza cut deep.

Human catastrophe and tortuous diplomacy
The reprehensible silence in the face of human catastrophe and tortuous diplomacy to serve ‘the order of tyranny’ only exposes America’s timid sensibility when it requires rational prudence. At this critical juncture of history when the world is dismayed by lack of just leadership on the part of the United States ‘everywhere’ France has come out with the very befitting statement at an appropriate time : ‘Israel’s security does not justify the killing of children and the ‘slaughter of civilians.’ We commend French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius for his bold statement: “How many more deaths will it take to stop what must be called the carnage in Gaza?” Do all these rational statements make any sense to the US Congress? The Face Book is full with Tweeters recalling what Hitler once said, “I would have killed all the Jews of the world, but, I kept some to show the world why I killed them.”
From the time of the ancient Assyrians to the time of the modern Israelis, history is full of ruthless tyrants who only believed in the use of force against innocent unarmed people. They ended in self- destruction by underestimation of equally powerful resistance. Such men are basically people who see no reason why they should not get what they want by stealth or by force. In the case of individual criminal figures like Panzram, the psychology is obvious. In the case of races like the Assyrians, the Huns, the Vandals and the Israelis — psychology is more complicated, but it finally leads to the same thing, “miscalculation”.
