A case was filed against 42 police personnel, including Detective Branch (DB) Sub-Inspector Mahfuzur Rahman Kanak, over the death of Jubo Dal activist Shaon Mahmud, who was killed during a clash in Narayanganj on Thursday (September 1, 2022).
Confirming the development, Rizvi told The Daily Star that he filed the case in Narayanganj Court in connection with the BNP-police clash that left Shaon Mahmud dead.
