BNP will have to learn from their mistakes, says Obaidul Quader
Communications Minister Obaidul Quader has said the BNP has lost to the political strategy of ruling Awami League by boycotting the national election.
“BNP must have realised their mistake and now they have jumped inside the battle in the upcoming upazila parishad elections,” he said.
The minister made the statement while inspecting the progress of the four-lane project on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Chandina upazila on Friday, reports UNB.
Talking about the current parliament, Obaidul said: “There is nothing called frustration in politics. BNP will have to learn from their mistakes.”
“We have been elected for five years however nothing can be said as of now regarding how long we will stay in power,” he added.
Meanwhile, the communication minister said the government was giving emphasis to complete the work of the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway.
He also said the Chinese Company has resumed its work which was stopping for several months due to political unrest in the country.
