The campaign ends at 8am Friday, two days before the voting of the 11th parliamentary elections on 30 December.

The candidates of the AL and its alliance partners carried out their campaign across the country with processions, rallies and playing recorded songs here and there.

“We have engaged businessmen, celebrities, journalists and professionals in the electioneering. They are trying to convince the people saying that the continuity of Sheikh Hasina’s government is needed.”

“Joy Bangla (victory of Bengal), boat will win the election. Take Salam (Greetings) from Sheikh Hasina and cast your vote for boat,” AL supporters chanted these slogans during the electioneering.
