He said: “The government is only lying. They (govt) have no concern about public sufferings. They describe those as patriots who are responsible for the rundown condition of roads and highway.”
“Today’s public sufferings are the results of the government’s mismanagement and misdeeds,” he claimed.
Rizvi urged all to prepare for unseating the government which he criticised for its move to raise the prices of natural gas.
He said the BNP would ‘resist’ the gas price hike.
He further alleged that the government was harassing BNP leaders and activists by filing ‘false cases’.
