[PHOTO] Students Collect Bears For Smile Bangladesh

EDISON — Second grade students at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison gather for a photo with Dr. Shahid Aziz and Dr. Anita Puran of Mountainside and the 146 teddy bears the youngsters collected during a one-week drive for Smile Bangladesh. Dr. Aziz will be taking the bears to Bangladesh to comfort children after surgery to repair cleft lip. Smile Bangladesh is a non-profit medical organization based in New Jersey. Doctors and surgeons of this organization are dedicated to caring for children and adults afflicted with facial cleft deformities in Bangladesh and around the world. (Photo courtesy of Wardlaw-Hartridge School)
