Home Minister Muhiuddin Khan Alamgir on Monday said Leader of the Opposition Khaleda Zia will be brought to justice for instigating Sunday’s violence unleashed by the Hefajat-e-Islam men.
“Leaders of the 18-party alliance, including its chief Khaleda Zia, will face the music for conspiring against the country and instigating Sunday’ss violence unleashed by Hefajat men in the city,” he said.
The minister was replying queries from the journalists at his office.
He said Khaleda turned into the country’s enemy for assisting those who have killed the members of law enforcement agencies, torched holy Quran and vandalised public property.
MK Alamgir claimed that the present situation is under the control of the government and the government will no longer allow Hefajat activity.
