Information minister Hasanul Haq Inu on Wednesday said that Khaleda Zia has gone mad to get into power.

“This is not acceptable that she (Khaleda) will not obey the court, constitution, rules of politics but will keep talking about democracy”, he said.

Inu made the remark while speaking at a view exchange with the reporters at Khulna Circuit House.

Inu alleged that Khaleda became a supporter of Razakars, and by doing so she was taking stand against the court.

The minister said Khaleda has to clarify whether she accepts the judgment of the court or not claiming that she is supporting the strikes and the war criminals by staying silent.

He alleged that Khaleda Zia is playing the role of a neo razakar by supporting the razakars of 1971, and it is time she came with an explanation in this regard.

Kushtia police superintendent Proloy Chisim, additional police superintendant Abu Bakkar Siddique, district general secretary of Jasad, Abdul Alim Shopon, joint general secretary Zillur Rahman and other leaders and activists of Jasad were present during the view exchange.
