Police arrested BNP joint secretary general Salahuddin Ahmed in the city’s Gulshan area on Monday night.

Salahuddin, a former MP from Cox’s Bazar, had been taking care of BNP’s official activities since the arrest of its office secretary Ruhul Kabir Rizvi during a police raid on its central office on March 11.
