Bangladesh, India to hold joint military exercise from Nov 5

The armies of Bangladesh and India will hold a joint military exercise from November 5-18

This is the seventh instance of the two armies conducting a joint military exercise.

Titled Shampriti-7, the exercise will focus on counterterrorism and disaster management will be held at Bangabandhu Cantonment in Tangail.

Bangladesh army frequently conducts joint military exercises with allied nations.

According to a press release issued by Bangladesh army, Bangladesh and India have been hosting the exercises alternatively since 2010.
